The folk museum lies as nearest neighbour to Vesterland. In addition to a large museum showing the local culture during the last 500 years, you will find about 30 historical buildings where you can see how people lived in Norway from the 16th century up until now. A 400 meter long nature track leads from Vesterland to the museum
